MFW Day two: D&G fairytale

The show was full of sunshine and floral print, giving a feel for a good summer in front of us to look forward to. The collection was slightly girly, sophisticated and had a mix of alice in the wonderland prints with floral thrown in throughout.

Clothes were long floaty skirts, dresses above the knee/ to the ankle, all-in-one short pieces with matching jackets. There were quite a few funky short designs, loose and patterned.

The elements that made this show stand out to me were the characters from alice in wonderland printed onto casual T-shirts and vests. This could have looked tacky but for some reason it really worked with the floral prints. And Im not a huge disney fan.
