I was very excited when I saw 70’s style bold prints, unique fringe effects, all in one prints, clashing prints, shiny metallic colours, bright colours…it was like stepping into a discothèque somewhere in Europe! And this is one of my favorite places to be.
Custo bought back bohemian with the patterns and casual wear thrown in with light jackets and cardigans. The fact that it wasn’t what we have been seeing from the other designers; clean, pastel colours with elegant shapes and sophistication. It was more playful and fun which made it stand out so much more. Designs for men and women came down the catwalk which really were a pleasure to watch.
